Bishop Curtis Lee Curry, Jr. is a native of Savannah, Georgia.

He established Ignite Church in August of 2013 by conducting Bible Study Services on Wednesday evenings. In October of 2013, Bishop Curry launched Sunday Morning Services and experienced a phenomenal move of God weekly.
He believes that: “Life is worth nothing unless he uses it for doing the work assigned to him by the Lord Jesus – the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and Love” (Acts 20:24).
He is a faithful soldier in God’s Kingdom who has been tried in the fire and has emerged an instrument ready to be used of God. He is a slave to Christ.

Bishop Curry is anointed by God to preach and teach the Word of God with power and clarity to all people.

He is a born-again Christian who has spent years in the trenches working the harvest for the Lord and has led many souls to Christ. He believes in the Power of God for Deliverance and the Anointing of the Holy Spirit to Break Yokes. He has a powerful personal testimony of God’s Healing.

He strongly believes that the Body of Christ should come out from the four walls and be active and visible to help lead people to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has a tremendous passion for God’s Word coupled with a Love for God’s People. He was consecrated a bishop in the Lord’s Church in 2016.

In 2022 he obeyed God’s Voice and started The Shekinah International Kingdom Fellowship (SIKF); a fellowship designed to provide a safe environment for pastors, clerics, leaders, as well as lay leaders to be nurtured, covered, and trained in ecclesiastical order. He serves as the Presiding Prelate and General Overseer of Shekinah International Kingdom Fellowship.

His vision is uncompromisingly clear, with one central principle; to build and develop a kingdom of empowered leaders and people for Christ.

On Saturday, August 27, 2022, Bishop Curry was enthroned as Presiding Prelate of Shekinah International Kingdom Fellowship.

He is married to Lady Lavonda Curry. He has two children, Curtis III and Harmony.

Bishop Curry’s victory statement: I have a determination that will never die! I have a zeal that will never dry up! I have a fire in me that cannot be quenched! I must win the lost at any cost, and I can do it through Christ that strengthens me.”
